volunteers who are assisted by at least one other adult. Please contact the

Adult Forum -
In Adult Forum on Sundays at 9:15 a.m., we are fortunate
to have various speakers available each week as we study of a variety of
Christian themes.

Education For Ministry
Education For Ministry (EFM) is a four-year program of theological
education-at-a-distance of the School of Theology of the University of the South
for lay persons in preparation for the ministry to which we are all called.
It is that vocation for which we pray at the end of each Eucharist: And now,
Father, send us out to do the work you have given us to do, to love and serve
you as faithful witnesses of Christ our Lord. Students sign up one year at a
time to study Old and New Testaments, church history, liturgy, and theology.
Classes meet regularly, usually once a week, in seminars under the guidance
of trained mentors. A graduation certificate is given at the completion of the
four years and 18 hours of Continuing Education Units for each year’s
